WELCOME has in place a set of processes to ensure quality will be experienced consistently across all aspects of the creation and running of the conversation clubs
(Quality Assurance) and to support the clubs in a cycle of continuous improvement and rising standards. At the heart of the cycle is self-assessment.
The aim is to achieve quality improvements that are learner focussed and that have a positive impact on the learner experience:
- The quality of teaching, learning and assessment
- The environment, including resources
- The services and operations
Feedback is regularly sought from learners, club leaders and partners (club host organisations) with regards to the quality of their experience of the Conversation clubs. This feedback is evaluated and used to improve the quality of the service.
